Shipping Information

We usually ship orders out the same business day that they are received. If your order is received after standard shipping hours it will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If you are not home at the time of delivery it is standard practice for shipping companies to leave the package at your door step. If you do not feel comfortable with this arrangement please send us a quick e-mail (at the time the order is placed) to request a signature on delivery.

Once the order is delivered to your doorstep the item is considered delivered and the shipping company is no longer liable for the package.

If you request a signature on delivery but are not home during the delivery time, please be aware that you may need to go to the postal hub to pick up your package. If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us at our expense our regular return policy will apply

International shipping

Depending on the weight of your package we may ship it First Class Mail International, there is no tracking on these orders but the delivery is very reliable and the shipping fee is very affordable. It usually takes 14-18 business days to arrive. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. You are responsible for those charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Generally, packages may be delayed and held at your local customs if duties and taxes have not been paid.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and the location of your address. Put the products that you would like to order into the shopping cart, proceed to check out and then enter your address. Select a shipping method. If you are an international customer please be sure to select an international shipping method. Then click “update”. Your shipping cost will appear at the top of the page.

Please note that international shipments will be subject to customs fees. The customer is responsible for the payment of any customs fees that may be applied to the package. If the package is returned to us because of refusal to pay the import duties there will be a restocking fee.

Return Policy

Here at SFRproducts we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We offer a 30 day Guarantee:

If you are not happy with your item you may return it to us for up to 30 days after it arrives to you. There will be a restocking fee for items that are not defective.

Please check that your item(s) are working upon arrival. If not, we will credit or exchange it. If the product is covered by a manufacturer warranty we may also refer you to the manufacturer.

Please contact us about your return before shipping something back to us. Notifying us ahead of time will help us to ensure that your return is dealt with promptly upon arrival. Packages that arrive without return authorization numbers may be returned to sender.

If your item is not defective but you'd still like to return it, we can give you a partial refund. For returns that are not defective there will be a 20% restocking fee. We define “defective” merchandise in the same way that large online distribution companies such as Ebay and Amazon do:

Items are considered "damaged/defective or incorrect" in these circumstances:

* Wrong version or edition: You received the item ordered, but it's a different version or edition than what was displayed on product page.

* Item was completely different from what was ordered: Seller mistakenly sent completely incorrect item. (e.g., Audio CD instead of DVD)

* Missing parts or components: The item is missing parts or components. (e.g., Camera kit was supposed to include a tripod, but it was not received.)

* Item defective during first use: When you tried to first use the product, it did not work (e.g., HDTV did not turn on).

* Damaged item: The item itself was visibly damaged (e.g. Plastic storage you ordered had chipped pieces).

* This does not extend to cases where you are simply disappointed with an item.

The customer is responsible for the shipping fee to return the item to us. If you received free shipping, meaning we paid the shipping fee on your behalf, that fee will be deducted as well.

If you received the wrong item please let us know right away. Do not use or damage the product. We will replace it for the correct product immediately.

For cancellations please contact us right away. We usually ship out the same day that the order is placed. Once the item has shipped the regular return policy applies.

Please check the address information carefully. Refused or incorrectly addressed packages may be charged a 20% restocking and/or the carrier charges for both ways.

Please note that we are not responsible for damages due to mis-matched voltage. Please make sure that the voltage is compatible with your outlet before using the product.
