  • 1. How long will it take my package to arrive?


  • We usually ship orders out within 1-2 business days. We offer free domestic ground shipping. For customers on the West Coast, your order will most likely be delivered within 2-5 business days. For other US destinations, your order will most likely be delivered within 5-7 business days. Ground shipping is not guaranteed so shipping times are only estimates.

    If your order is being shipped internationally please allow 14-18 business days for your package to arrive.


  • 2. What if I am not home at the time of delivery?


  • If you are not home at the time of delivery it is standard practice for shipping companies to leave the package at your door step. If you do not feel comfortable with this arrangement please send us a quick e-mail (at the time the order is placed) to request a signature on delivery.


  • 3. What if I receive my product and it is not working properly?


  • Please check that your item(s) are working upon arrival. If not, we will refund you or send a no charge replacement right away.


  • 4. What happens if I entered an incorrect address for my order?


  • Please take extra care to give us the correct information. If you think you may have entered an incorrect address for your order please contact us immediately. We ship orders out very quickly. Once your order has been shipped we cannot make any changes to the shipment. If the product is lost or returned to us due to incorrect address information you will be charged a 20% restocking fee along with shipping charges.


  • 5. Is it safe to enter my information here?


  • Yes. We have a completely secure check out. We will never share or sell your information.


  • 6. What if I want to return my product?


  • We have a 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your item please contact us within 30 days and we will refund you minus 20% restocking fee and shipping. Please see our complete return policy.


  • 7. Are the product authentic and new?


  • Yes. We are authorized distributors of these products and we source them directly from the manufacturer. We do not sell used products. All items are brand new.


  • 8. How can I view the shipping costs before I purchase?


  • The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and the location of your address. Put the products that you would like to order into the shopping cart, proceed to check out and then enter your address. Select a shipping method. If you are an international customer please be sure to select an international shipping method. Then click “update”. Your shipping cost will appear at the top of the page.


  • 9. Why didn’t I get an invoice in my package?


  • We try to practice ‘green; business policies wherever we can. In an effort to conserve paper we have a paperless invoicing system. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and this serves as your invoice.


  • 10. Why haven’t I heard back?


  • We pride ourselves on our quick customer service response times. We check our voice mail and e-mail messages multiple times every single business day. Please allow us 1-2 business days to respond to you. Remember that our business hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm PST Mon – Fri excluding holidays. If you have contacted us and have not heard back from us within 1-2 business days this is not standard. We may not have received your message, or you may not have received our response. If you contacted us by e-mail please check your junk mail box. If you contacted us by phone it’s possible there was a problem understanding your voice mail. Please contact us again by e-mail.
